Refund and Returns Policy

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange. Return postage will be payable by the buyer unless the item is deemed faulty or not as described, in which case we will refund the amount paid for the return postage.
  • You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Upon receipt, we will then issue a replacement or a full (or in certain circumstances) partial refund, back to the original payment method.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
  • If an item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, or if a return is initiated after the 14 day period has elapsed, then you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • This does not apply to event tickets or class passes/class offers. These are non-refundable and/or non-transferable subject to discretion.
